How long does a full clean take?

A standard clean usually takes around 3-4 hours however the time may vary depending on the size of the area and the jobs that are required. We can give a greater estimation during your inquiry.

How safe are the products you use?

Our products are extremely safe to use and will leave no nasty marks and stains on any furniture and flooring. We value sustainability therefore everything we use has been certified as environmentally safe so it won’t be harmful to anyone with health issues or family pets or ruin any fabrics inside your home.

Do you provide your own supplies?

Yes, we have a full cleaning arsenal at our disposal so you don’t need to worry about buying anything for our cleaners to use for the job at hand.

Do we need to be home whilst you clean?

It is not necessary to be home whilst we do a full clean of your property. As long as you leave a key for some method for us to access the areas needed, you do not need to be present when we arrive.

What happens if we aren't happy with the services provided?

We aim to give our customers 100% satisfaction. If you really aren’t happy with the job we’ve done the first time around, we will arrange for another cleaning team to arrive and perform the job to the exact standards you expect.

We were recommended Girls on the Go by our agent when organising a clean of our apartment before renting it out to tenants. Most recently I engaged them again to do an end of lease clean and both times the results have been fantastic. They communicate well and quote accurately based on the info you provide.
